Leadership Retreat to Build Healthy Schools

We kicked off the year with a Leadership Retreat for a team of educators that is responsible for a large network of schools. They want to make 2018 a pivotal year to "Advance Greatness in the Leadership" across their entire organization. Cohesiveness and Clarity were the two disciplines we focused on during the retreat, defining a path to improve leadership capacity, organizational health, and continuous improvement.
