Schools that Learn are Winning

My Friend, over the last week we delivered workshops to two distinctive schools that I think you'll find interesting.

Last Tuesday we hosted an online version of our Building Faculty Engagement Workshop for the entire faculty at Mission Hills Christian School (CA). This two-hour program is designed to help faculty understand and appreciate the impact they have on enrollment and the school's brand.

Afterwards, Carrie Gulino, Principal at MHCS shared this feedback:

"The most important thing for us to hear and understand is that we all play the leading, most critical role everyday in the decision of our current parents to re-enroll next year and they have already begun to make that decision for 17-18. As a teacher myself, I never heard that and it has changed the way I look at each teacher. We needed this and I would love for you to present a follow up session!"

Then on Friday and Saturday we hosted an Innovation Workshop on campus for Springside Chestnut Hill Academy (PA). In 24-hours they collaboratively produced a plan to build trust and energy going into 2017. That's a school growth plan that will help SCH improve on their remarkable tradition and success. Innovation Workshop
in Atlanta

What if your leadership team had a clear plan, My Friend, and
extraordinary focus for 2017? How much better would you be?

Growing a school in today's hyper-competitive economy requires a whole new approach to professional development and planning. Some school leaders want to gain an advantage over their competition by speeding up the school improvement process and increasing their ability as a learning organization.

We developed the School Growth Innovation Workshop to capture the best practices of highly successful entrepreneurs because we think educators should be benefiting from these tools and resources too. And this training prepares your team to more effectively engage with business owners as donors who have the financial ability to support your projects.

Who Should Attend: The best results are achieved with a 3 to 4 person team that may include the chief administrator, enrollment and development directors, a board member, etc. Join us in Atlanta for 24-hours of remarkable learning!
