   with guidance on how this research can be used to improve your personnel recruitment, development, and decisions.

   giving you a 7-stage process for crafting a strategic organization and a strategic plan in your quest for authentic, sustainable excellence.
3. Finding Serenity in School Leadership
   identifying three factors that are within our control as we navigate the challenges while also maintaining our joy for this noble work.
