I believe schools can be designed
I believe schools can be designed to achieve dreams
I believe schools can be designed to inspire dreams
I believe schools can be designed to inspire hope

I believe the quality of teachers impacts the quality of lives
I believe master teachers are cultivated not born
I believe master teachers can change the world
I believe schools can be designed for master teachers to thrive

I believe schools can be designed for the pursuit of truth
I believe schools can go beyond knowledge to wisdom and beauty
I believe schools need tradition, history, and heritage
I believe school can be designed to overcome tradition, history, and heritage

I believe lives are transformed through high quality schools
I believe communities are transformed through a portfolio of high quality schools
I believe nations are transformed through an educated and inspired citizenry
I believe schools of high quality can be designed, governed, and operated

I believe students learn based on their own unique combination of intelligences, strengths, instincts, interests and experiences
I believe classroom instruction should adapt through student centered learning
I believe classroom experiences should be focused on application of knowledge more than introduction to it
I believe schools can be designed to personalize growth for teachers and students

I believe technology is key to modern school design
I believe technology can be an impediment to school design
I believe technology can be used to personalize the learning experience
I believe schools can be designed to leverage technology to facilitate greater learning

I believe technology can be used to improve school governance
I believe technology can be used to create a better operational model for schools

I believe school boards have an enormous challenge in this emerging educonomy
I believe school boards for the first time in history are responsible for a classroom they've never seen before
I believe school boards will have to incorporate best practices of entrepreneurship
I believe school design is limited by the capacity and maturity of the school board's leadership

I believe education is a competitive advantage
I believe the ability to learn accurately and rapidly is a sustainable competitive advantage
I believe students have multiple intelligences including academic, practical, spiritual, physical, interpersonal
I believe schools can be designed to develop multiple intelligences

I believe schools can be designed to shorten the cycle time of improvement
