"There was so much information that was applicable for immediate use in making our school much safer."--Susan D., School Administrator

Campus EmergencyThat's just some of the enthusiastic feedback we received from the inaugural School Growth Safety Labs that were offered in Atlanta and Raleigh. Our goal is to simplify the process of safety and security planning, creating a path for incremental progress toward a very important goal that contributes positively to student growth, faculty culture, and enrollment.

The Safety Lab curriculum is based on the extensive expertise of The Draco Group, a long-term advocate for educational excellence. They are recognized internationally as the best at preparing for and responding to a wide range of disasters and threats. We have captured the best practices of their program to help school leaders develop an approach to safety planning that is deliberate and productive. The focus is on building the leadership capacity of the administration, faculty, and staff, helping you make better decisions and spend your money wisely.

The Safety Lab guides participants through:

* An introduction to safety and security concepts
* Safety strategies and methods
* Campus Assessment & Gaps
* Protocols to achieve optimal results
* 90-Day plan to improve safety

With this training, the school's leadership will have the tools and skills to implement continuous improvement methods that will produce critical progress in campus safety.
